How to cook すし(susi)

すし

















すし(Susi) is a kind of Japanese food.
It contains lot of flavors, such as salmon, にくでんぶ(nikudenbu肉鬆), ゆば(yuba豆皮)…etc.
All of them looks so good and delicious.
Most important is easy to make すし if you follow these five steps.
First, you should go to market to buy several piece of big lavers, にくでんぶ and vinegar.
Then you should cook rice and add vinegar to the rice.
That is called vinegar-riced.
Third, spread the laver on the bamboo-screened, and then you should smooth out the rice on it. After this step, put にくでんぶ on them, and then circle the bamboo-screened.
They will be a sharp of cuboids.
Finally, take out your knife to cut them into several piece.
Then you can start to eat delicious すし.

Before I know how to cook すし, I always ate them outdoor.
Now, I can do it at home and they are real to eat.
